This charming villa stands in it's own extensive landscaped gardens, close to Quinta do Lago and within easy reach of the shops and restaurants at Bougainvillea Plaza and Quinta Shopping. Attractively furnished throughout, the accommodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious lounge/dining area, second sitting area, fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, twin room with an en-suite bathroom and another twin room with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead from the lounge to shaded terraces and the extensive landscaped gardens with large lawn area, fruit trees, palm trees BBQ and pool area. The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via double automatic gates. The beach is approximately 3.5km - 4km away, and there is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance at Quinta Shopping.

Set amongst beautiful pine trees and home to many up market shops, restaurants and nightclubs. You will find a large selection of international restaurants, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all close by. It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within 3 km. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby such as deep-sea fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, sailing and paragliding.
