The Villa has air conditioning and an underfloor heating/cooling system which regulates the temperature of the villa to suit the requirements of guests. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the villa. The property is ideal for families and suitable for children of all ages. The garden has a large lawn area, exotic trees and shrubs and a terrace overlooking the pool area. The private pool is 10x5m and can be heated on request. Comfortable sun loungers and a hammock are also provided. A portable BBQ offers guests the opportunity to enjoy al-fresco dining. The outside dining table seats up to ten people. The Villa is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates which access the villa via a private driveway.

Local Area and Activities

The local Tennis Academy is situated in the centre of the resort and considered one of the finest facilities of its kind in Europe. The 14 hard courts (4 of which are the new Savanah artificial grass) are set in a pine-clad amphitheatre overlooked by the superb Clubhouse. It is difficult to find a more relaxing and picturesque setting to enjoy a game of tennis. The tennis academy also has a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, massage room, bar and restaurant. There is a local riding center that is open to all ages/levels of expertise and is a fabulous holiday experience.

Golf Information:

There are six golf courses within the area that can all be reached within a five-minute drive:- Ocean Course - Vale do Lobo; Royal Course - Vale do Lobo; Quinta do Lago South; Quinta do Lago North; Pinheiros Altos - Quinta do Lago; São Lourenço (San Lorenzo) - Quinta do Lago.
