Casa dos Carvalhos and Casa Bolota are situated approximately 2 miles from the bustling market town of Sao Bras del Alportel, which is 10 miles north of Faro Airport, the beaches and golf courses. Casa dos Carvalhos is a spacious 2 bedroom villa, which sleeps 4/5. It has a large swimming pool and terrace with spectacular mountain views and tranquil Mediterranean gardens. Casa Bolota, is a delightful studio-cottage, which sleeps 2 and shares this rustic inland Algarve property. The nearby towns of Sao Bras del Alportel and Loule offer a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and local markets and are all excellent in both value and quality. These properties provide an ideal opportunity for that get away from it all holiday, where all you want to do is relax, unwind and make the most of what the Algarve can offer. Casa Dos Carvalhos is a spacious traditional villa designed for 4/5 people and consists of a lounge, dining room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside, there is a large swimming pool, terrace and BBQ area. The villa is equipped to a very high standard. The bedrooms comprise of 1 double and 1 twin, with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom opens out onto the pool terrace. The lounge is equipped with a 3 piece suite (sofabed), traditional fireplace, TV &DVD. The dining room has a large table and chairs and is perfect for those meals you choose to have at home. The fully fitted kitchen has gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, all crockery, glassware and utensils. The pool terrace has a table and chairs for outside dining, sunloungers and umbrellas for shade. The swimming pool and terrace are shared with Casa Bolota, the studio-villa that shares this property. All linen with the exception of swimming towels are provided.

These 2 delightful holiday villas are situated on a remote hillside with magnificent views of the Serra de Montefigo mountains, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday for up to six. Located 2 miles from Sao Bras de Alportel and only 12 miles from Faro airport, the villas are a world away from the popular coastal resorts, yet close enough for you to enjoy day trips to the beach, coastal attractions, fishing villages and the golf courses. Loule, only 8 miles away, is a larger market town with excellent oppportunites for shopping, dining and entertainment. Spain is an easily accessible 50 miles away.

We needed to unwind and could not have found a better place. The Portugese have been charming, the seafood superb and the location perfect.
Over time, I have realized that the best things in life take time, work and luck. Finding the villa is a perfect example. Now, neither of us want to leave. We'll be back; goodbye for now.
