Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

Notes to the rental rates

• Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 100 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
  To book : By e-mail or phone. Booking is confirmed when we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. Final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
  
• Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is optional for £ 140 per week
  
• We also arrange car hire and airport transfer. Please ask for prices.

SERVICE

Our property management office is 8km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
