The kitchen and both bathrooms were recently completely renovated , and the villa was also refunished throughout, making it now extremely comfortable. Accommodation is all arranged on the one level: 2 x twin bedrooms, double bedroom, 2 large bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower, the other with a bath plus a walk-in shower). Lounge / Dining room with digital Satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels, Hi-Fi, DVD, telephone with meter, patio doors leading out to pool terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two large fridges - door leading to a breakfast terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned (cooling & heating ) this is available as an optional extra. There is a safe. There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (9m x 4m) with steps and a ladder surrounded by large terraces and lawned garden with a shower and BBQ dining area and basketball hoop. Six sun beds are provided.

Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Changeover day in main season: Saturday. For other arrival days please request. Guests must vacate by 10:00 am. A 7th person can sleep on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week
  TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Booking is confirmed when we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.

Service

Our property management office is about 3 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
