The ground floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC & 'free to air' channels. On the first floor there is a master suite, with king-size bed, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, leading out to a large balcony. The Lounge/Dining room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned for heating & cooling. There is an alarm system and a safe. The swimming pool, which can be heated (this is available as an optional extra), approx. 9m x 4m, with steps surrounded by terraces. There is a pool shower and a B.B.Q. The garden has a lawned area and the property is totally walled, giving complete privacy.

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) in low season. Changeover day: Thursday in main season, for other days please request.
  Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am.
  Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week.
  Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
  Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
  
• Air conditioning is included. Pool-heating is optional for £100 per week.
  
• We also arrange airport transfers and car hire. Please ask for prices.

Our property management office is 2 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
