The ground floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC & 'free to air' channels. On the first floor there is a master suite, with king-size bed, and en suite bathroom with walk in shower, leading out to a large balcony. The Lounge/Dining room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned for heating & cooling. There is an alarm system and a safe. The swimming pool, which can be heated (this is available as an optional extra), approx. 9m x 4m, with steps surrounded by terraces. There is a pool shower and a B.B.Q. The garden has a lawned area and the property is totally walled, giving complete privacy.

Located in Sesmarias and close to the 'Blue Flag' Castello beach, approx.1.5kms. There are many restaurants and bars in the area within easy walking distance. Also just a few minutes drive to other beautiful sandy beaches : Galé beach is 5kms long, plus Evaristo, Coelho, São Rafael which are all beautiful sandy coves with beach bar restaurants. Albufeira town is 6 kms, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 1.4 km away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( majority of films are in enlish ) and Ten Pin Bowling. Our management office is only 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) in low season. Changeover day: Thursday in main season, for other days please request.
    Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am.
    Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, this can be done via our manager, but there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
  • Air conditioning is included. Pool-heating is optional for £125 per week.
  • We also arrange airport transfers and car hire. Please ask for prices.
