This exceptionally spacious fully air conditioned villa is ideal for a large group. Semi - Basement: Large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, a games room with full size snooker table, pool table , table football and a darts area, and a guest bathroom. Ground floor: Extremely large split level lounge/dining area with bar & digital satellite TV with a comprehensive selection of channels including BBC & ITV. Fully fitted kitchen with a microwave & dishwasher, utility room with a larder fridge and a fridge/freezer & laundry room with washing machine. Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. WC/Cloakroom. First floor: Double bedroom with an en suite Bathroom and Balcony. Double bedroom with balcony, twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. Twin bedroom and bathroom. 2nd floor: Roof terrace. There is an alarm system and a safe. The swimming pool can be heated ( optional ) is L shaped measuring 9.20 m x 8m with a 4m width.

Villa Alexanda is situated in Sesmarias which is 10 minutes drive from Albufeira & within walking distance of Coelho, Castello and Evaristo beach. There are many restaurants and a small mini-market all in walking distance. Also the villa is just a short drive from other excellent beaches like Galé (5 km long) and the sand coves São Lourenço, and São Rafael. Albufeira town is 6 km away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 12 persons. A 13th person and 14th person can be accommodated for £ 94 per week in Low season, £135 in Mid, £178 in High and £212 in Peak, per person. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. Booking is confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the completed Booking form. Remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £400 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
  • Pool heating is an optional extra at £ 125 per week. The villa is fully air conditioned which is included in the price.
  • We can arrange car hire and airport transfers.

All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

We had a great stay in the villa. Lots of space and an excellent games room and pool. Friendly staff at the Algarve Travel office and Mel - the owner- and Paula - villa help/ cleaner - were fun and very efficient. A great holiday - many thanks.
