Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 12 persons. A 11th person and 12th person can be accommodated for £ 90 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. Booking is confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the completed Booking form. Remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £400 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.
  
• Pool heating is an optional extra at £ 100 per week. The villa is fully air conditioned which is included in the price.
  
• We can arrange car hire and airport transfers.

Our property management office is 2.5 km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
