This villa is ideal for two families or a large group. The swimming pool size is 8m x 4m, of a waisted shape with Roman steps. It is surrounded with large terraces, and there is a built-in BBQ. Accommodation: On the ground floor there is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, utility with washing machine. Lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC and other free to air channels, a twin bedroom, bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with balconies, a double bedroom, bathroom and further double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. There is a safe.

Villa Duarte is located in Sesmarias which is just a 5 minute drive to Albufeira, and close to the marina. The 'Blue Flag' beach of São Raphael is only 1.7km and a few minutes drive away there are several other beautiful beaches. Albufeira town is 5 km away, the old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 600m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( mainly in English ) and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for up to 12 persons. DISCOUNTS available in all seasons, except peak, for under occupancy . Changeover Day main season is Saturday. For other arrival days please request. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. To book : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive your booking form together with a 25% deposit. The final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, there is a 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for Debit Card.
  • All bedrooms are air conditioned.
  • Mobile internet dongles £35 per week.

    We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon airports, or have the car delivered to your villa. Or if you prefer, we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation
