Luxury villa with pool situated in own grounds
Set in its own grounds, Vale da Palma is one of the best appointed villas in the Tavira region. Sleeping 11 comfortably, all bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and wall fans/heaters. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a laundry room. Maid service is provided 6 days a week by the resident housekeeper who lives in a separate bungalow. The lounge is well furnished with a TV and joins on to the large dining room which seats 10 and has a bar area. A large games room in the tower has a pool table. In winter heating is provided by two wood burners. Upstairs rooms have their own balconies and the master bedroom is en-suite with a large jacuzzi. Outside the kitchen and lounge there are covered patio areas with tables and chairs. The pool is larger than normal and has a safe area for toddlers. The pool house has 2 barbecues, a covered area with wet bar, a wc and changing room. Towels, linen, cots, highchair and loungers provided.

The village of Santo Estevao is considered among the most attractive in the Eastern Algarve and is only 5km from Tavira and a number of beaches. It has 2 mini markets, 2 bars and 2 restaurants together with hairdressers and pharmacy. The surrounding area is largely unspoilt and remains very rural. Faro and Spain are both around 30 minutes away by car. The beaches between Tavira and Monte Gordo are outstanding and easily reached by car. Benamor Golf Course is 10 minutes drive. The villa is some 5 minutes walk from the village by the A22 .

For the winter it is furnished with dividing curtains and carpets and is kept warm by 2 wood burners and wall heaters which are located in all rooms. Wheelchair access to the ground floor is excellent as ramps have been built in to the patio areas. The resident housekeeper can provide babysitting by arrangement. There is a phone for incoming calls only. |
