This attractive and well located villa consistently receives excellent feedback from guests. The pool and terrace area are beng totally refurbished ready for the summer season 2009. The villa is spacious and extremely well equipped and provides very comfortable accommodation for 8 people. Situated within the picturesque village of Santo Estevao, the villa is walking distance from the local supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurant. It lies just 5 minutes drive from the historic and unspoilt town of Tavira, and from the blue flag Barril beach with it's long stretch of white sand and clean water. The pool area and Terrace are south-facing and offer ample room for barbeques, sun bathing and watching the dramatic Algarvean sunsets. There is also a small pool area ideal for children. Overall the accommodation and location is perfect for family gatherings.

The village of Santo Estevao is considered among the most attractive in the Eastern Algarve and is only 5km from Tavira and a number of beaches. It has 2 mini markets, 2 bars and 2 restaurants together with hairdressers and pharmacy. The surrounding area is largely unspoilt and remains very rural. Faro and Spain are both around 30 minutes away by car. The beaches between Tavira and Monte Gordo are outstanding and easily reached by car. Benamor Golf Course is 10 minutes drive.

We had a fantastic time in your wonderful villa. The pool was great as was Santo Estevao. Everyone was really friendly and Mohamid and Silvia were fantastic. We had a really relaxing time in Portugal - some of the restaurants recommended in your welcome pack were really good. We especially liked the dutch open terrace restaurant in Santa Luzia, also had good swordfish in O'Forno in the village. All in all a great holiday and we will definitely recommend you to or friends and work colleagues.
