A modern, spacious villa with private pool, minutes from Tavira and the Beach

Since being transferred to the current owners in October 2005, this attractive and well located villa has received excellent feedback from guests in 2006. For most the standard of accommodation exceeded expectations. The villa is spacious and extremely well equipped and provides very comfortable accommodation for 8 people. Situated within the picturesque village of Santo Estevao, the villa is walking distance from the local supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurant. It lies just 5 minutes drive from the historic and unspoilt town of Tavira, and from the blue flag Barril beach with it's long stretch of white sand and clean water. The pool area and Terrace are south-facing and offer ample room for barbeques, sun bathing and watching the dramatic Algarvean sunsets. There is also a small pool area ideal for children. Overall the accommodation and location is perfect for family gatherings.

The village of Santo Estevao is considered among the most attractive in the Eastern Algarve and is only 5km from Tavira and a number of beaches. It has 2 mini markets, 2 bars and 2 restaurants together with hairdressers and pharmacy. The surrounding area is largely unspoilt and remains very rural. Faro and Spain are both around 30 minutes away by car. The beaches between Tavira and Monte Gordo are outstanding and easily reached by car. Benamor Golf Course is 10 minutes drive.
