Three bedroom villa in prestigious village complex, close to Beach and Golf

Villa Mimosa is a lovely three bedroom semi-detached villa situated in the authentic fishing village, Cabanas. The villa is located in a sort after well maintained and tranquil development, which is uniquely built like a village within a village. The villa is composed of a hallway, leading to the lounge with fire place and dining area with open plan kitchen. One double bedroom on the ground floor with built in wardrobes with family bathroom. Staircase leading to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms, both with access to terraces, both sharing a family bathroom. From the roof terrace you enjoy stunning views over the gardens and pool and to the ocean beyond. The villa and communal pool are surrounded by beautiful and mature landscaped gardens with cobblestone pathways. There is a well known restaurant and a bar on the complex with an additional pool bar that serves refreshments and ice-creams. The swimming pool is used by guests of the complex only.

Cabanas is a small pretty fishing village. Central to Cabanas village is an amazing natural lagoon, where you can take a short taxi boat to one of the most beautifully unspoilt beaches in the Algarve. Cabanas village offers an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, bars and typical Portuguese cafes, most of which run along the promenade with great lagoon and sea views. Situated 4 km from Cabanas is the historic town of Tavira with its Moorish castle, riverside shops, an historic and beautiful town with numerous churches and monuments also has excellent shopping facilities and many restaurants, cafés and bars. The Ilha Tavira beaches are a short boat-trip. The town is easily reached from Cabanas by car (4-5 miles, 10 minutes), bus or train (10 minutes), or taxi (5-7 Euro).

    The villa can then comfortably accommodate a further 4 people, chargeable at £38 per person, per week. Substantial discounts for longer winter lets, only £550 per month! Changeover days is Saturday in high season, other times we are flexible, please ask for details. A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Details will be sent to interested persons. Please bring your own Beach towels. Fresh linen and towels are changed on day of arrival, for guests staying for two weeks or more, fresh linen and towels will be available to change weekly.

Cabanas

Cabanas is a living, traditional Algarvian community: the village is active year-round. It provides everything needed for your holiday and enables you to get up-close to the Portuguese people and the glimpse their daily life. Fruit, fish, meat and vegetables can be bought fresh every day at the market while several supermarkets provide groceries. Explore the local historical monuments including the nearby 18th century fort and stunning views from the cliff-top path over the tranquil lagoon.

Golf Information:

Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe it also has some of the best courses and facilities. You are within a mile of Benamor Golf Course. Quinta de Cima and the Quinta de Ria are within 10 minutes and Castro Marim a further 15 minutes. To the west, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 60 min of the villa and Villamoura a further 15 mins further on.
