Pretty, private, detached and comfortably spacious 1 bedroom villa located within Cabanas village with its own private hot tub and also the use of nearby swimming pool. The villa is set within beautiful, mature, tropical gardens and is perfectly situated for the nearby beach, golfing facilities and is within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the train station. The villa consists of a modern open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, large garden terrace and brand new hot tub. To the side of the garden terrace, there is a private BBQ area to enjoy outdoor living with great views of the tropical gardens. There is plenty of parking space with a private driveway and carport. The gardens surrounding the villa are abundant with well established exotic plants and palm trees lending itself as a perfect setting for outside living, especially as this villa comes with its own private hot tub.

Cabanas is a small fishing village situated 5 kilometres from the larger town of Tavira. Central to the village is an amazing natural lagoon where you can take a short boat crossing to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve, where the golden sands seem to go on forever. Cabanas village offers an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and typical Portuguese cafes, most of which run along the promenade and have fantastic lagoon and sea views. Cabanas is situated in the Ria Formosa, a protected nature reserve and it is a great location for cycling, fishing, swimming, walking and bird watching.East of the village, towards the Spanish border, lie the popular resorts Manta Rota and Monte Gordo. Both offer plenty to see and do and have excellent beaches. West of Cabanas village is the well-known town, Tavira with its ancient architecture, riverside shops and restaurants. (Car hire is available in Cabanas village).
