Villa Susana consists of a 3 bedroom villa with a 2 bedroom apartment above both being completely self contained. Standing in it's own grounds it has a large 12x6 metre swimming pool with patio and barbecue areas shared by both. A high wall encloses the property with car parking and well established garden. The villa has 3 bedrooms - 1 double en-suite and 2 twins, family bathroom and guest cloakroom, large lounge with satellite TV and dining room both overlooking the pool. A large well equipped kitchen and laundry room with automatic washing machine. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, 1 bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with automatic washing machine and lounge/dining room with satellite TV.
