The property is a newly completed luxury villa that has been finished to the highest standards. It consists of 4/5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, large lounge & dining room, kitchen, laundry room & double garage. Outside there is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, barbecue and a covered al fresco dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped a central island with six burner gas hob, American ice-making 'fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full range of quality units. The laundry room has a sink, washing machine & tumble drier. The lounge has an open fireplace. All flooring is of the highest quality flagstone & all interior woodwork is of light American oak. The master bathroom has a 'jacuzzi' bath, separate shower & double washbasins. All bedrooms are ensuite with built in wardrobes & tasteful & quality tiling in the bath/shower rooms. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all open out onto terraces & the view of the sea from the master bedroom & its large terrace is simply spectacular.

Verandas do Lago is a prestigious development situated midway between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the centre of the highly sought after 'golden triangle'. The beach is a 15 minute walk and the golf courses of Quinta do Lago, Pinheiros Altos, Vale do Lobo and Sao Lourenco are all within a 5-10 minute drive. The beach is spectacular with numerous beach restaurants and water sport facilities. Tennis, Aerobics and most other facilities are all available locally. The choice of restaurants locally is second to none, with everything from chicken piri piri and fresh grilled fish to Michelin star establishments. Shopping centres are Quinta Shopping (5 minutes), Forum Algarve (20 minutes) and Algarve Shopping (30 minutes). The Marina at Vilamoura is 20 minutes away. The old towns of Faro, Loule, Silves and Alte are all within easy reach.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has twin beds. Upstairs there is a large open plan 'mezzanine' area that has 2 sofa beds. It is not completely private but is a large area that also opens onto the large terrace with sea views. All the bedrooms are en suite and there is a fifth house bathroom for the use of the occupants of the mezzanine area. All upstairs bedrooms, including the 'mezzanine' open on to large sun terraces.
