This is a very beautiful villa of excellence, located in a quiet area offering nice open views, 6km west of Albufeira and 2km from the 'blue flag' beaches of Castelo and Gale, just a 5 minute drive. There is a large private swimming pool in 'L' shape, surrounded by covered terraces and lawned gardens with a shower and a large BBQ near the kitchen. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, enclosed by hedges and walls with gates providing privacy. Accommodation - Ground floor: hall, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast area; a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC, ITV and other channels, DVD & a music centre, a WC/cloakroom, a double bedroom with in addition a single bed and a bathroom ensuite. First floor: Landing, two twin bedrooms & bathroom, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a safe.

This villa is just a few minutes drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6 kms, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms, and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. Our villa management office is 1km from the villa and they offer advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine , golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. The nearest supermarket is just 1km away.   • Please note that the Changeover Day (day when guests arrive and depart) is Thursday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am on departure day.
    Discounts available for low occupancy bookings (up to 6 persons), in Low & Mid sesons
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost:
    Cots: £15 per week.
    High Chair: £10 per week.
  • Prices shown are for up to 8 persons. A 9th person ( should be a child ) can be accommodated on Z bed for £75 per week.
  • You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, this can be done via our manager, but there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
