Villa Amendoeira has recently been totally refurbished and refurnished, and it enjoys a wonderful hillside location overlooking Salgados Golf and the coast.Accommodation: Ground Floor: Fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, door leading to covered dining terrace and brick built BBQ. Laundry room with washing machine. Lounge dining room with double patio doors - one leading to a large covered terrace with chairs and a table and the other overlooks the pool area. Digital satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, shower room. First floor: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with double patio doors - one leading to a private balcony and the other to the roof top sun terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The lounge and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned for heating and cooling. There is an alarm system and a safe.

The villa is just a short walk of 300 metres from bar and restaurants, and is just a few minutes drive to the 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches of Galé (which is 5 kms long). Also Castello, Evaristo, Coelho, São Rafael which are all beautiful sandy coves with beach bar restaurants are nearby. Guia is only a few minutes drive and is famous as the chicken piri- piri capital with over 20 good value restaurants. Albufeira town and marina is 8 kms and is full of nightlife with music bars & discos. Zoomarine park is 10 minutes drive and water slide parks are 15 mins to 20 mins drive. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( virtually all films are in English ) and Ten Pin Bowling. There is a tennis court that can be hired, 100 metres from the villa.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Changeover day: Thursday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 8 persons. A 9th and 10th person (should be children) can be accommodated Z beds for £ 75 per week per Z bed.
    Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Pool heating available on request at £150 per week.
    Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25% confirms booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card ( 2% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards )
  • Air conditioning is included.
  • We also arrange car hire and taxi transfers. Please ask for prices.
