Rental rates for the villa in the Algarve, Portugal

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices shown are up to 8 people. For use of the apartment(+ 4 persons) there is an additional charge of £300 per week(not for Peak). Changeover day: Thursday., but we are flexible out of the main season. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: ?15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. TO BOOK : Please email, fax or phone. Your booking is confirmed after we receive your Booking form together with a: 25% deposit. The remaining balance of 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £300(£400 with apartment). is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
  
• Air conditioning is optional for £70 per week (Apartment has no air con).
  2009 Air conditioning is included in the rental price.
  
• We can also arrange car hire and airport transfer if required.

Our property management office is 1km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
