The villa is in a semi rural position with good sea views from the first floor. It is surrounded by walls with gates and its own large garden. The pool is approx. 9 x 4.5m and there is an outside shower and brick BBQ. Accommodation: GROUND FLOOR: Lounge/dining room with wood burning stove and digital Sat/TV with BBC & free to air channels. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine. Cloakroom. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and covered balcony. FIRST FLOOR: Twin bedroom with shower room en suite and covered balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, large en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, and sun terrace with beautiful views to Salgados golf and beach. There is a safe.

The villa is situated in the lovely area of Montes Juntos, on the hillside just above Vale de Parra, 2 km from Gale beach and just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful sand coves Castello, Evaristo, São Lourenço, Coelho and São Rafael. Albufeira town is 8 km away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. There are many local restaurants near the villa, the nearest being within easy walking distance (approx 300m) where there is also a supermarket nearby.

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Changeover day: Thursday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
  • Central heating is available as an optional extra.
  • We also arrange car hire and airport transfer. Please ask for prices.

Zwei Wochen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Villa verbracht. Trotz der schon guten Fotos hat uns das Haus nochmals positiv überrascht. Es war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, Auto ist notwentig. 10 Min. bis zum nächsten schönen Strand.
Für eine Familie mit Kinder ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Ruhiger entpannter Urlaub ist hier möglich. Top Tipp.
