^*Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified, before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Changeover day: Thursday. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 6 persons. A 7th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. To book: By e-mail, fax or phone. A booking is confirmed after we receive the booking form together with a deposit of 25%. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.

SERVICE

Our property management office is 1km from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
