Additional information about rental rates

• Prices shown are for up to 10 persons. A 11th and 12th person (should be children) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week per Z-bed. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High chair:£10 per week. Changeover day in main season: Thursday, otherwise flexible. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am.
  To book : By E-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. Payments can be made by credit, debit card, bank transfer or cheque ( there is a surcharge for card payments) The final 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £ 150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
• Air conditioning is included in the rental price.
• We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon Airports, or have the car delivered to your villa. Or if you prefer, we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation
