The property is a traditional Algarve house, divided into 3 self contained apartments, ideal for two or three families or groups wishing to holiday together. All three apartments lead out onto a very pleasant south facing pool area. The pool is 9m by 6m (approx.). There is a totally enclosed lawned garden area with BBQs and also a roof terrace with sea views. Accommodation: The accommodation is of a pleasant and simple nature consisting of the following: One bedroom unit: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, kitchenette/lounge. Two bedroom unit: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, (this is off the lounge) kitchenette/lounge. Two bedroom unit: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with Washing machine, lounge/dining room with Digital satellite TV with BBC & free to air channels. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

This villa is situated in a lovely location on the perimeter of Salgados golf course. The Galé beach (Blue Flag) is just 2 km away and the beautiful sand coves of Sao Lourenço, Castello, Evaristo, Coelho and Sao Rafael are just a few minutes drive. Albufeira town is 8km away. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices shown are for up to 10 persons. A 11th and 12th person (should be children) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week per Z-bed. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High chair:£10 per week. Changeover day in main season : Thursday, otherwise flexable. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. TO BOOK : By E-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The final 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £ 150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.

    We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon airports, or have the car delivered to your villa. Or if you prefer, we can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation
