For fitness enthusiasts there are daily classes in dance and aerobics. Physiotherapy and alternative therapies are also available.

This villa is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are modern with a limitless supply of hot water. The upstairs bedroom is very pleasant and airy, but the downstairs bedrooms are a bit on the dark and dreary side. The louvre doors on the built in wardrobes could do with an update.
The Barringtons membership worked out very well for the kids to go swimming and to the gym.
The owners were very pleasant to deal with, and put in a new hairdryer when I asked if there was one.
The computer with broadband was very handy.
Overall, very much a home from home!!
You do need a car to get around, but this is the case in this area generally.
Owner's Response: It is always good to have feedback and we are keen to act on reasonable suggestions such as this. To this end we will be painting the louvre doors in the downstairs bedrooms very soon.
More updates are also planned, in particular replacing the windows and making the ground floor terrace rather more secluded.

Very spacious and comfortable.

We were a party of 5, including a young baby. The villa was extrememly spacious for us, and my daughter had loads of space to crawl around. The downstairs rooms are more than big enough. One of the rooms is slightly darker than the other, but this suited us as it meant my daughter could sleep when it was light outside. We used barringtons membership a little, but can imagine if our daughter was old enough for a pool we 'd have used it more. The sky tv was great to have, as we were tied to the villa in the evenings with our daughter. The beach is a good walk away, but lovely scenary on the way. I would recommend a car for getting around though, as there are a lot of hills, and in the heat it was a bit tiring to walk around (esp while pushing a buggy!)

I would recommend this villa. Its spacious, well equipped, well situated. Letting agents lovely to deal with and lovely english speaking doctor nearby. If we travel back to this part of the Algarve, we would stay here again.

Dear Charles and Judy, we have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Portugal. The villa is lovely, spacious and very well equipped. The weather was lovely and hot with a blue sky every day. The Barringtons membership was very useful the facilities were excellent. The restaurants at The Praca were most enjoyable as was Ken homs Chinese. We went horse riding a Quinto do Lago riding stables and played golf at Villa sol.
