This comfortable two bedroom townhouse with private plunge pool is tastefully furnished throughout. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all modern appliances. The dining area overlooks the lounge which is modern and spacious. There is a flat screen satellite TV with DVD /CD player and comfortable sofa beds. Patio doors lead to the terrace area overlooking the plunge pool (4.3 m x 3 m). The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, en-suite shower room and a large private sun terrace. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower on the second floor. On the first floor there is a comfortable twin bedroom. A very spacious sun terrace is available upstairs with great sea views. Air conditioning is available throughout the property. The communal facilities of Vale do Garrao are a short walk away, there is a Spa, large swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's playground, local charges apply.

This property is located in Vale do Garrao, a small, well planned development, lying directly between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The area offers vast stretches of golden sandy beaches, numerous golf courses, tennis, horse riding and an abundance of restaurants ranging from Michelin star to local cuisines. The beach is a few minutes walk away (approx 1 km) and can be reached by walking through the pine trees or by road which takes you down to the Ocean. You will find a large selection of international restaurants, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all close by. It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within 3 km. Other sports and activities are on offer nearby such as deep-sea fishing

We stayed in this property in September 2008. Very nicely furnished with all mod cons. Clean and well presented. Plunge pool is great to cool off. 3 separate areas to sunbathe. The location is quiet and you will need a car to visit nearby Quinta Do Lago commercial centre - a 3 min drive and Vale do Lobo centre which is about 5 min drive. You can walk to the beach which is only about 5 min away. There is a large supermarket in Almancil (10 min drive). Great base from which to explore the Algarve. We enjoyed our stay in this property and will definately stay again. Wonderful !

I stayed in this townhouse last year for 2 weeks it was perfect.
Plenty of room inside on different levels was laid out really nicely and everything we needed was there including a BBQ on the top terrace and yes there is a middle terrace as well and a patio with a large plunge pool. All the furniture was fine whole place was clean kitchen well adequate can list no faults could live there permantly house was more than ideal
Location was 100 per cent for what we wanted on our holiday example: the beach, tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants, shops and locally to get where we wanted to go
The agent was so helpful during our booking time and whilst we were there had a couple of problems and they were sorted instantly
Would definately recommend this property so much we are thinking of going back again next year
