This beautiful villa is set in 5000m2 of private landscaped gardens. There is a large patio area for alfresco dining and a wonderful pool, all fully accessible (pool hoist is available). The house and grounds are completely private and secure; there are double gates into the property so you can drive right up to the house and park in the carport. The house itself is open plan for contemporary family living with whitewashed walls and beautiful tiled floors. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (1 of these is ensuite with roll in shower, shower chair and hand rails around the toilet) and 1 twin. A car is highly recommended to make the most of the beautiful unspoilt area of the Eastern Algarve where miles of sandy beach, a nature reserve and a warm Portuguese welcome awaits you.

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of 30% of the full rental value will be required on booking and the balance of the full rental value will be required at least two calendar months prior to occupancy.
  
• When making a booking a refundable deposit [chq to the sum of £200] is required, to cover any accidental damage during your stay. This will be refunded on your return providing that no damage has been incurred.
  
• Final cleaning and changing of bed lined each week is not included in the rental price. This is an extra charge of £50 to be paid with the balance no later than two calendar months before the arrival date. Midweek clean is not included. If you require please pay villa manager direct.

BEACHES

Indulge yourself in miles and miles of long, white, sandy beaches. Vila Real, Praia Verde, Manta Rota, Altura, Monte Gordo are all within a ten minute drive. All family friendly, they vary from small and peaceful to the lively and fun resort of Monte Gordo. In the evening take a stroll along the seafront at any of the beaches and enjoy some fine Portuguese cuisine and wine in one of the local beach restaurants.

GOLF

Castro Marim has one of the finest golf courses on the Algarve and is one mile away from the villa. The par 71 course has magnificent views across the River Guadiana which separates Portugal from Spain. It is a magnificent course with helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. There are at least seven other courses within twenty minutes drive away. These include Quinta Da Cima, Benanor, Quinta Da Ria and Islantilla and Isla Cristina across the European Bridge in Spain.
