Within Manta Rota village which lies just 200 metres from the villa, a large new supermarket has opened along with a butchers, there are also restaurants bars and cafes whilst at the beach a very large esplanade is under construction which will have restaurants, relaxation areas and children's play area's. The Beach at Manta Rota is both wide and long, take a morning stroll past Vila Real and have breakfast on the beach in Spain!!! Golfers will be in their element with 2 championship courses within 5 minutes, they are Quinta de Ria and Quinta de Cima, Benamor Championship course 9 minutes away, Castro Marim course 12 minutes and considered now the finest course in Europe Jack Nicklaus's Monte Rei which opened 2007 and lies just 15 minutes away. Main roads with extra wide cycle lanes and beautiful mountain rides make this an ideal base for the leisure cyclist or hardened nut !!!.

Towels provided are for villa use (not the beach) It would be appreciated if you do smoke to do so outside the villa.
