This villa is unique to Ocean Villas as it caters well for a group of 10 people but has an annexe which caters well for another 4 people. Great villa that requires car hire to enjoy the surrounding areas of Vilamoura and Quarteira. Spacious pool area and fantastic views of the countryside.

The Villa Maria Adelia is located on the entry road to Quarteira, so ideal for groups and families wanting a quiet break. A 5 minute drive will bring you to the heart of Vilamoura where you can enjoy local bars, shops and restaurants. The marina is a short stroll further and caters well for all, with the beaches a delight during the sunshine. Car hire is recommended for this villa, but is always ideal to have as days out at Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping centre or various water parks are great fun.

  • Prices are based on all rooms of the house being used (including annexe). Smaller groups may incur a discount so please enquire if this is possible.
  • Car hire is recommended for the Villa Maria Adelia, as the town centre and marina await your visit. Always handy to have for those unexpected days out that you wish to plan. Please request further information when making your enquiry.
  • Only 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. Full balance is not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch cards (£1.95 charge), as well as credit and Master cards (subject to 3% handling fee). Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Notes: Located close to the Vila Sol Golf course and within a five minute drive to Vilamoura and Quarteira. A mini-market and a few local bars and restaurants are within ten minutes walk. The grounds of this large villa are welcoming, private driveway with car ports, superb views of the countryside and Vilamoura, a massive 11x5m swimming pool, barbeque area and even a private orange grove! Enter into this extremely large villa which provides traditional and comfortable accommodation. The main house features downstairs, a lounge and dining area, with open plan seating, satellite television and dining table. Large fitted kitchen and access to another open plan sitting room with doors to the courtyard. Further accommodation is available apart from the main house, across a courtyard with its own separate access. This annexe has a twin and a double bedroom with a full bathroom and a kitchenette with small seating area. Ideal villa for large family and group holidays.

One double with balcony and one more full bathroom. Outside: Swimming pool, BBQ, garden, annexe (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom).

Restaurants and Bars: The Algarve is famous for its Piri Piri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of restaurants can be found in both the town centre and marina. Family orientated, the Algarve has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature: The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

Golf: Vilamoura and Albufeira offer some of the finest golf courses in Europe. Whether beginner or pro, there is a course for all. Warm sunshine and fabulous playing surfaces make this ideal. Vila Sol is the closest course on offer, with the famous Old Course, Pinhal and Laguna courses within reach.
