Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are based on all of the rooms being occupied. Smaller groups who do not occupy all rooms may be entitled to a reduction in price, so please enquire, however this is only acceptable outside of peak season dates.
  
• Car Hire is not required as the resort is easily accessed by foot. We would always recommend a car to have as days out around the Algarve are always popular amongst families so please enquire.
  
• Only 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking at Villa Orquidea, with full balance not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch cards (£1.95 charge), as well as credit and Master cards (subject to 3% handling fee). Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Villa Layout

Downstairs: Fully fitted separate modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and washing machine, with access door out to the inviting pool, bar-b-que area and sun terraces. Access stairs outside, to a large sun terrace with nice views across Vilamoura. Accommodation, all on one level, 1 master double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and two separate full bathrooms. Outside: 11x5m swimming pool, terrace area, gardens.

The Algarve is known for its Peri Peri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine. A wide selection of restaurants can be found in the heart of Vilamoura and its marina. The Algarve is geared towards families, offering everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature

The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

The Algarve plays host to some of the best looked after golf courses. The climate and fairways are just a few of the reasons why the resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura are so popular. Amongst those within reach are Laguna, Millennium, Old Course and Pinhal.
