The Villa has 3 double bedrooms and a small study/child’s bedroom, where there is a sofa bed, ideal for kids. There are 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor have doors opening onto their own balcony with charming views across orange tiled roofs towards Vilamoura Marina. All Bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a large sitting room with double sliding doors opening directly onto the pool patio area. Adjoining the sitting room is the dinning room with large oak dinning table comfortably seating six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for a pleasant self catering holiday. In the utility room outside you will find a washing/dryer machine. The garden is charming, pretty and well stocked. There is a small lawn area at the rear with shrubs and lemon trees and abundance of bougainvillea vines. A huge palm, creating natural shade, dominates the front of the Villa. The pool is large for a villa of this size (10m x 5m)

Casa Katrina is situated in a Cul-de-Sac within a Cul-de-Sac in the peaceful Le Club area of the Prestigious Vilamoura resort, so you will have little or no passing traffic, motorised or otherwise. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the Clubhouse of the famous Pinhal Golf Course, and a couple of minutes drive from the even more famous 'Old Course'. Laguna and Millenium and the Victoria Courses are within a five minute drive away. The vibrant and exclusive Marina, with its numerous exciting bars and restaurants is a mere 2km's away (20 minutes walk). shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are all within a couple of minutes walk, but a car is recommended to get the best from your holiday.

Beautiful Villa Casakatrina

A fantastic villa furnished to a high standard. Ideal for families young and old as it is very safe and secure with a large sized pool. We found the Villa to be extremely welcoming and homely and we felt at ease here instantly. Down stairs there is a small spare bedroom/study which our two year old trotted off to straight away to be welcomed by lots of children’s videos and a selection of toys which kept him amused all holiday. The kitchen has everything you need and caters for all your cooking needs during your stay. The Garden and pool area are very picturesque which made us feel relaxed at outset. The local shops were a five minute walk and the Marina is a 20 minute walk. The welcome pack is very informative and gives directions to places in the area. We found the owner, Dave, to be extremely helpful prior to our visit and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were impressed by the quality of the villa and pool. We would recommended this Villa to anyone wishing to escape to the sun. We will definitely be returning to the villa in the future.

This is a lovely villa,in a cul de sac within walking distance of Vilamoura Marina.It is very well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very good.There is an excellent swimming pool of a decent size.It is as described in the literature and the owner went out of his way to guide us to the property where the Manager met us and was very helpful.There are many good restaurants at the Marina and the owner's info.book was very helpful.With a car it is easy to get to Faro and the Airport.Albufeira which is very lively is also easy to reach but not easy to get out of !! We would happily recommend this villa and look forward to another visit. Lionel

Stunning!

"Casa Katrina was nothing short of stunning! It was in a lovely quiet residential area about 25 minutes walk from the Marina and all the shops, restaurants, and activities. The villa is spacious and ensures enough privacy as each bedroom has an ensuite. We were met by the villa manager who had bought in some essentials such as bread, tea, coffee, sugar and even a bottle of wine. He also gave us his telephone number should we have needed to contact him. The pool was the largest we saw in the area. It was cleaned for us mid week (not that it needed it) with no disruption to us at all. The villa is extremely well equipped and by way of constructive criticism, the only thing I would have liked (and this is purely a woman thing) was a mirror near a plug point to style my hair. Other than that, it was PERFECT. It was the best holiday we have ever had and we are a well travelled family having spent ten years in Asia. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Casa Katrina to my friends. We will certainly be returning. The owner, Dave, couldnt have been more helpful throughout the booking process and ensured every detail was covered. I would like to thank you Dave for sharing your villa with us. We hoped my husbands 50th birthday celebration would be special, but you made it EXTRA SPECIAL! Thank you! Helen"

Great Holiday

"Just returned from a wonderfull break at Casa Katrina and would like to say how much we all enjoyed the stay. The villa is exactly as described and in a superb position. All the rooms, ameneties and pool where better than expected and made our holiday extra special. Prior to going on holiday, the information that I recieved from Dave the owner was outstanding and on arrival Tony the manager was friendly and informative. Couple of points for other guests, We found it easier to get taxis from the Hilton Hotel than from the villa, which is less than 5 mins away. Also if getting taxis back from the marina is a problem there is a small road train that returns at 11.00pm from the marina area to the Hilton which is handy. Thanks again for a great holiday, looking foreward to returning soon. "

"We had a lovely holiday and were very pleased when we arrived at the villa. The villa is in an idea location, offering a peaceful, relaxing holiday but only a short distance from Villamoura. It is also very close to the Hilton Hotel which is great for golf fanatics and ladies that like to lunch or enjoy spa treatments. The spa is excellent! All the arrangements made for us worked like clockwork. The taxi service to and from the airport was impeccable as was the service at the villa where we were met on arrival by the very pleasant Tony. The villa comes highly recommended."
