Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are based on using all bedrooms of the house. Smaller groups may incur a discount, so please enquire, although only quiet dates of the season will be accepted at this reduced rate. The maid will visit your villa at least once per week and they are responsible for general cleaning, linen change once per week and towels twice per week.
  
• The heart of Vilamoura, the Old Village, marina and beaches are all accessible by foot. Car hire is therefore not required but is always good to have should you wish to visit the Zoomarine park or even visiting Albufeira! Please make your enquiry about car hire when checking availability of Villa Irene.
  
• A 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking at Villa Irene. Full balance is not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch cards (£1.95 charge), as well as credit and Master cards (subject to 3% handling fee). Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Villa Layout

Ground floor: Kitchen/diner with comfortable seating, lounge with cable TV, double bedroom, full bathroom. First Floor: Two twin bedrooms, full bathroom. Top Floor: Master double bedroom, full ensuite bathroom and huge veranda with views of sea, golf course and town. Further twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge and dining area with dining table, cable television, kitchen and private veranda.

Restaurants and Bars

The Algarve is famous for its Peri Peri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of restaurants can be found either around the marina or in the heart of Vilamoura. Bars a plenty occupy the pathways around the marina. Family orientated, the Algarve has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature

The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!
