The Villa is an exquisite and romantic three bedroom villa where one could enjoy one's summer holidays. The villa has three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite, a delightful sitting/dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. It is set on two floors with large balconies to all sides of the property. Patio doors lead to immaculately kept gardens with a BBQ area and a wonderful pool measuring 12 x 7 meters. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The Villa is a very comfortable homely villa that is suitable for children. Its kitchen and bathrooms are recently fitted, and it is furnished with everything you require. The Villa is situated in stunning, peaceful surroundings. The villa lies on a slope with beautiful views over the hills and valleys to the sea. It is surrounded by olive ,fig, and almond trees and enjoys a large shaded terrace with seating for 10; an ideal setting for romantic dinners. The villa ha wireless internet connection.

The Villa is situated just 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Loule,with all its old and acient buildings,famous covered market,lots of local and resturants from other countries. Loule has lots of shops ,bars,two big supermarkets and just 10 minutes drive away you have Apalonia a big supermarket where one can get luxury items. There are lots of water parks for the children. example Slide &Splash,Atlantic Park and Aqua Show,the nearby places to visit are Silves,Guadiana River,Tavira,Monchique, Fishing village Olhao,Faro,and Old town of Faro,Vilamoura, Spain,is only 1 hour 30 minutes drive away .golf or sports enthusiasts as facilities are closeby.

Lounge area - two leather sofas, dining table seating for 6, log fire for winter, satellite 42' LCD TV, DVD. First floor: Bedroom 1 - Master suite with king size bed, private terrace with country and ocean views. Downstairs: Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 - one large double bed but can change into two single beds

The villa is fully air conditioned: Outside - Gated cobbled driveway and parking space for 3 cars. Secure walled garden with night lighting, also pool lights and garden lights. Maid service twice weekly (or more by request). A very spacious villa set in peaceful surroundings but with easy access to local beaches, the cities of Faro & Loule, and the A22 motorway. Out & about - Beaches, nature reserves, 2 water parks, 12 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports. Villamoura Marina, bakeries, supermarkets, boutiques, banks, numerous cafes, bars and restaurants of all types. All within 5-10 mins drive. 5 mins drive to Loule, the provincial capital with its old buildings ,traditional and modern shops and famous covered market for all kinds of local produce. 10 minutes drive to Almancil.

Spain is 1 hour to the East. The beautiful Monchique mountains, ancient Silves, the Western Algarve coast - Sagres and Cape St. Vincent are up to 1 hour drive. Lisbon is 2.5 hours drive north or much easier traveling by the tilting train!

One of the best villas we've stayed at.
Great location,peaceful an tranquil.
Villa immaculate and absolutely perfect.
We all had a wonderful time,enjoyed the rooftap evenings,watching sunset with some lovely Portuguese red wine!

Villa and Pool second to none!!
One of the best villas we have stayed at.
Great location,peaceful and tranquil.
Villa immaculate and absolutely perfect.
We had a wonderful time .

We wanted a place to re-charge our batteries, we already knew the area quite well but this was the best villa ever. Home from home with wall to wall sunshine! Rebecca was really helpful and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to friends. Car hire essential for any villa holiday in this part of the Algarve but such a wonderful area Hope to visit again Merryl and David - South Wales
