  In addition, 8 weeks prior to start date, a returnable deposit of 350 pound is payable from which the cost of any damage, breakages, losses, etc will be deducted from repayment within 14 days of end of stay

Outside - Gated cobbled driveway with garage and parking space for 3 cars. Secure walled garden with night lighting, also pool lights and garden lights. Maid service twice weekly (or more by request). A very spacious villa set in peaceful surroundings but with easy access to local beaches, the cities of Faro & Loule, and the motorway. Out & about - Beaches, nature reserves, 2 water parks, 12 golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports. Villamoura Marina, bakeries, supermarkets, boutiques, banks, numerous cafes, bars and restaurants of all types. All within 5-10 mins drive. 5 mins to Loule, the provincial capital with its old buildings ,traditional and modern shops and famous covered market for all kinds of local produce. 10 minutes drive to Almancil. Spain is 1 hour to the East. The beautiful Monchique mountains, ancient Silves, and the Western Algarve coast - Sagres and Cape St. Vincent - are up to 1.5 hours drive away. Lisbon is 2.5 hours North.
