Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are based on all bedrooms of the house being utilised. For smaller groups, there may be a discount so please enquire about this, however not accepted at peak season dates.
  
• Car Hire is not required for this centrally located villa, as it is within easy walking distance off all amenities Vilamoura has to offer. However, you may consider renting a car as days out at Zoomarine park, Algarve Shopping centre or many water parks should not be missed. Please enquire when checking availability for the villa.
  
• Only 25% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking. Full balance is not required until 8 weeks before you travel. We accept debit and switch cards (?1.95 charge), as well as credit and Master cards (subject to 3% handling fee). Final payment can be made by Bank Transfer.

Villa Layout

Downstairs: One double bedroom with one family shower room. Upstairs: One further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full family bathroom and large private sun terrace. Outside: Patio doors lead out to the delightful swimming pool 9 x 5m surrounded by lawned garden and BBQ area.

The Algarve is famous for its Peri Peri chicken, fish markets and glorious sunshine! A wide selection of bars, shops and restaurants can be found in the Old Village, town centre or marina. The Algarve is family orientated, and has everything from water parks to shopping centres and has plenty to keep the kids occupied.

Weather and Temperature

The Algarve is known for its glorious sunshine and mild temperatures throughout the summer, with July and August being the hottest months of the year. Ideal golfing weather and fabulous sunbathing weather, so remember to bring your suncream!

This villa is an ideal base to enjoy one of the most favoured traditions in Europe! The Algarve offers its finest golf courses in Albufeira and Vilamoura, with plenty to choose from. Within easy reach are Pinhal, Old Course, Millennium and Vila Sol.
