Ocean View I is situated in a condominium with highly secured entry and exit points. A porter is available daily from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 8pm. There is a shared swimming pool at the front of the exclusive complex which overlooks the Ocean. Private outdoor parking is available as well as plenty of street-side parking. There is a maid service weekly including a weekly change of linen and towels. Any further requirements can be attended to, and if a charge is necessary, it will be quoted to you first for approval. The apartment has three en-suite double bedrooms furnished to the highest standards. Linen and towels are available, but towels are not to be taken to the beach, although they can be used at the swimming pool. There is a large living/dining room that has glass doors leading to the furnished terrace that offers fantastic views. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware/cutlery for 6, an oven/hob, a fridge/freezer, an electrical kettle, a washing machine.

Free Bicycle Hire

Just outside the gated condominium, on the coast, there is a bicycle stand where u can rent bicycles for free. They are open from 8 in the morning until 7 pm and you can take the bicycles to the beach, to the Cascais Marina, to town, wherever you choose. You exchange your identity card or drivers licence for the bicycle and they return it to you when you return the bike. It's a fantastic service offered by the Cascais municipality in order to promote the use of bicycles in town rather than cars.

Cascais Marina & Town

The Cascais Marina and Cascais town centre are about 10 minutes walk from the apartments. During the months of June to August, the Cascais Marina will be full of people coming from all over the world to watch the ISAF World Sailing competitions. It is an exciting time, all the cafes, bars, restaurants should be very busy during this period, so expect Cascais to be bustling with activities.

Wheelchair accessibility

Please note that the apartment building is equipped with ramps and elevators. The apartment itself has not been modified for wheelchair users. There is no ramp from inside the building to the swimming pool. Instead, guests will have to go around the outside of the building to access the pool by wheelchair.
