Luxury family apartment on Portugal's unspoilt Atlantic coast

Our apartment is a luxurious and generously proportioned 3 bedroom property, within about 800 metres of local beaches and the centre of the quaint fishing village of Ericeira. The apartment itself is brand new and fully equipped with all conveniences and luxurious furnishings. It occupies the top (3rd) floor (with elevator access) with wonderful views of the pristine Atlantic coastline looking south towards Cabo da Roca, the most westerly point in Europe. Local cafes and shops can be found only two minutes walk from the front door. Basement garage parking is available. There is no shortage of available activities in Ericeira. The town is something of a surfing centre for local Portuguese, with surf schools and unspoiled surf beaches. There are several beaches near the town centre with calm water and great sand, perfect for children. Ericeira lies within easy day-trip reach of a range of important sites and cities, including Lisbon, the capital.

All furnishings and fittings are brand new. Kettle and toaster in kitchen. Hob: three gas rings and one electric. Oven: electric fan oven. Final cleaning is included in the price. Dining table and stereo and small TV are in the kitchen. Large TV with DVD player and satellite TV connection in the lounge. Satellite TV includes various English language, music, and children's channels.
