Our apartment is a luxurious and generously proportioned 3 bedroom property, within about 800 metres of local beaches and the centre of the quaint fishing village of Ericeira. The apartment itself is brand new and fully equipped with all conveniences and luxurious furnishings. It occupies the top (3rd) floor (with elevator access) with wonderful views of the pristine Atlantic coastline looking south towards Cabo da Roca, the most westerly point in Europe. Local cafes and shops can be found only two minutes walk from the front door. Basement garage parking is available. There is no shortage of available activities in Ericeira. The town is something of a surfing centre for local Portuguese, with surf schools and unspoiled surf beaches. There are several beaches near the town centre with calm water and great sand, perfect for children. Ericeira lies within easy day-trip reach of a range of important sites and cities, including Lisbon, the capital.

Notes: Wheelchair accessible via elevator from basement garage. From main entrance there are a few steps before reaching the elevator. Sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms with double beds and one family bedroom with two full size bunk beds (suitable for adults or children) plus a single bed with a further roll-away bed (again, both full adult size single beds). All furnishings and fittings are brand new. Kettle and toaster in kitchen. Hob: three gas rings and one electric. Oven: electric fan oven. Final cleaning is included in the price. Dining table and stereo and small TV are in the kitchen. Large TV with DVD player and satellite TV connection in the lounge. Satellite TV includes various English language, music, and children's channels.

This is a very good apartment and falls between the four and five rating.. Exceptionally spacious, well equipped and well presented it was a home from home and in a good location - an easy walk to town but sufficiently removed to be nice and private. My wife even said she could live there, and she sets high standards! If anything it was almost too good for a sand-filled holiday!
You can do anything/everything from this location. We both fell in love with Ericeira, a lovely town mixing old with new and in the (sometimes chilly) evenings offering so many places to eat and drink we just didn't have enough time. And live music in the square that was actually worth hearing! Plus the beaches, the sea, the surrounding history... If we should be lucky enough to find ourselves there again we would not hesitate to consider this apartment again.

We had an amazing stay in Ericeira, this apartment was perfect ....it was spacious, modern and fully equipped.
The kitchen was nice and big with everything you needed. The bedrooms were awesome...and the bathrooms were also nice and modern with great showers.

It was not a long walk to town, amazing views from the balconies and plenty of parking space.

The photos don't do it justice.....definately reccommend this apartment to visitors of the area.....perfect for families or 7 ppl

overall we rated the apartment a 5 out of 5, very satisified.
