This semi-detached four bedroom family House is situated in a sustainable condominium in Nafarros, a village at 8 km from Sintra. Nafarros is 4 km from Atlantic beaches, 2 km from the Sintra mountain. Sharing a swimming pool, a tennis court and extensive gardens (10.000m²) with five other houses, this house also enjoys a panoramic view over the Sintra Mountain Chain and offers high thermal comfort conditions all year round. Jade 2 is a semi-detached family house, which is being rented for short lets. It is very generously lit, with large living, dining and bed rooms. It comfortably sleeps eight people and is fully furnished and equipped, enjoying a high level of thermal comfort all year round resulting from its bio-climatic construction. It is one of six houses in the first housing development considered sustainable in Portugal. The swimming pool provides an excellent setting for blue-sky time.   • Bedrooms have a wonderful view over the Sintra Mountain Chain as well as over the condominium gardens. Very high thermal comfort conditions winter and summer! Comfortable beds - the master bedroom has a double bed and the other three bedrooms have single beds that can be put together or apart. Timber floor boards, generous storage areas, large double glazed windows. Trombe (or mass) walls heat the rooms during the winter... and there is also a central heating system. Two large bedrooms are on the ground level, one very large bedroom with double ceiling height in on the first floor - with en suite bathroom, and the only small bedroom is on the second floor. This small bedroom has direct access to a private roof terrace. The large bedroom on the first floor has an opening (with shutters) to the double height living room.
