This beautiful villa has 9 Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 Swimming Pools (one heated 9 x 4.5 m), third pool for children, Exterior Jacuzzi (4 people ) Games Room ( Snooker, PC, TV with projector , Fitness Area), large BBQ covered area, Exterior tennis table, Night area for all fresco diner, Air Conditioning, Internet Wireless, 2 Tv Big Screen 42 and 47 ', Home Cinema, HIFI System. (Some of the bedrooms with Tv set), 2 Livings areas, etc. Sleeps up 18 people. The plot area has 2010 meters with a large parking for 6/8 cars. The restaurants, shops and the sandy beach Praia das Macas are only 7 minutes walk. Lisbon center is only half an hour drive. (Upper floor: support for villa maintenance).

The plot area of the property is 2010 sq. The close beach is Praia das Macas, 5 min. walk.There are several restaurants and little shops close to the villa (Praia das Macas) . Lisbon centre, Cascais and Estoril are only half an hour drive. There are some of the best golf courses in the area, as Penha Longa Golf, Beloura Golf and Quinta da Marinha Golf, only 20 min. drive. You will find a lovely micro clime on site, where you can swim from Mars to October with a lovely whether and water temperature. If you prefer, you can visit the 'Adega de Colares' and taste the 'regional wine of Colares (Ramisco), one of the best in Portugal.

Casa Sete Mares is located in a quiet place of beach 'Praia das Macas'. The property has 2.010 sq (plot area), with beautiful garden. The pool area has a private view from neighbourhood. Quickly we find Sintra, World Heritage, (ten minutes by car). In half an hour we got Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon Center. From Lisbon Airport it's easy find the way to Sintra. Five championship golf courses in less than half an hour by car. Praia Grande, a fantastic beach, is 15 min. by walk. Cabo da Roca, westernmost point of continental Europe, with splendid view in Atlantic Ocean, is 15 min. by car from 'Casa Sete Mares'.

And many others : half an hour drive. The Golf Drive Range is 4 Kms distance . If you prefer play golf in Praia d'el Rey Golf (one of the best golf courses in Europe) is only 90 min. drive by motorway.

Beaches: Praia das Macas beach is one of the best sandy beaches of this area ( only 7 min. walk ) Praia Grande beach:( World Body-board and Surf championship). 1500 meters distance (5 min. drive). Guincho beach : (World Windsurf championship). 10 km distance. Aguda and Magoito beaches : 10 min. drive. Cascais and Estoril : cosmopolitan beaches, (15 km)

Touristic Information: Some of the best monuments in the area : Royal Pena Palace, Monserrate Palace, Regaleira Palace, Jardins de Seteais, Palacio da Vila de Sintra. All this monuments are 15 min drive from villa. Also you will find the fantastic Toy Museumm in Sintra old town as many lovely restaurants and handy craft shops, only 15 min. drive. If you prefer night life you will find the Estoril Casino, Cascais Marina and Lisbon cabarets and discothecs. Cabo da Roca: Westermost point of continental Europe, is only 10 min. drive.

Golf: Close to the villa you will find several Golf Courses : Penha Longa Golf (Estoril Open), Quinta da Marinha, Beloura Golf, Belas Golf, Estorill Golf. These golf courses are located within an half an hour drive. The area of Natural Park Sintra-Cascais is one of the best areas in the country for the golf players.

'We had a fantastic trip to Casa Sete Mares. There were 10 of us and there is so much room when you are there that the website pictures do not do it justice. .. The Villa is very clean and the decor is luxurious. The pool and spa were wonderful and the gardens beautiful... The house is well furnished and has everything you could wish for. The local restaurants are great value for money and offer fabulous cuisine. We found a magnificent restaurant cut into the cliffs about 10 mins drive away. The local beach is gorgeous and about 3 mins drive or a 10-minute walk. The area is quite and idyllic. All in all this place is fantastic value for money and we had the most perfect holiday.' Best weekend in months

I stayed at this house for 3 days with a group of 19 friends, and it was great.
The house description is accurate regarding to location and facilities.
The house was pretty much cleaned, and somehow well preserved. The decoration is nothing special but does not give you a "head ache"...
Many entertainment equipments (pool, jacuzzi, dvd players, music and home cinema equiped, pool table)
The place is 5 minutes walking to the beach and village center, where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and other commerce facilities. Very quiet and peacefull place, with lots of trees.
Bedrooms have lots of space, and the beds are confortable (at least mine was...)

The only regard i would make is this one;
-Beeing winter, the owner should provide some wood for the fire place, we had to get our own wood.

Besides that was great, and i want to go back again with my friends.

12 of us had an excellent week's stay at the villa, it is within half an hour's drive of all the main golf courses in the area and provided a great base for our golf week. The villa has certainly been improved and there were plenty of activities including pool, table tennis, table football and even chess for the less active!! There was plenty of room for all of us, and the accomadation as a whole was one of the best we have stayed in. The nightlife in the village was quiet although there were a number of good restaurants. However Rosa was quick to arrange a taxi for us into Cascais and the cheapest fare back was approx 20 euros for a half hour journey. The main concern we had before our visit was the fact that the owners lived above the property, this was not an issue at all and should not be a reason not to visit the property. We would recommend this as a good base for a visit to this part of Lisbon providing you are happy to travel 30 minutes to most of the golf courses in the area.

15 members of my family, including myself, stayed at Casa Sete Mares for two weeks. Antonio met us and showed us around. We were all amazed by the house and grounds. The photographs we had seen did not do it justice and there had been improvements made since the photos had been taken.Some were ongoing but did not impose on us in any way. When one young member of the family was taken ill with an ear infection, Rosa could not have been more helpful, she called the doctor, arranged for him to visit and gave the father a lift to the pharmacy to collect the prescription.
The maid service was excellent and everywhere was cleaned regularly.
We all had a wonderful time and made a number of friends including Daniel at the cafe in the village and Carolina at the shop next to the post office.
We would recommend Casa Sete Mares to anybody and would like to thank Antonio and Rosa for their hospitality.

We were a party of 14 including teenagers and younger children. We stayed for 1 week and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is lovely in a very quiet part of Praia Das Macas but within easy walking distance of the superb beach and several very good restaurants. The property was very clean and well equipped. Our children particularly liked the pool table and table tennis and having the use of 2 good sized swimming pools and a jacuzzi was a bit of a novelty! The owner, Antonio, made sure our stay lived up to expectations and all of us want to return next year!
