Exterior Area : Covered BBQ Area (Gas and Charcoal), Patio for al fresco diner, Private Pool 10x5 m, Jacuzzi/Spa, Games Room (1 bathroom , kitchenette, Snooker, Games, PC area, Internet Broadband access, Fitness area, HIFI System). Exterior Tennis Table, Upper Floor: Staff (Support for villa maintenance): The owners (Antonio and his wife Rosa), made all works for supporting this huge villa (maintenance of garden, pool area, spa area, fitness area, garbage, taxi calls, medical care urgent call, maid service twice a week, eventual service cooker, etc.

Cottage : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, Living/Dining Room, HIFI System, Home Cinema, TV Cable, Wireless Internet, BBQ area, Pario for al fresco diner, Fitness area. Sleeps 4 people. This villa is rented for only one group. We don’t allow 2 groups at the same period (unless the groups has arranged for themselves to be together). The plot area of the property is 2010 sq. The close beach is Praia das Macas, 5 min. walk.There are several restaurants and little shops close to the villa (Praia das Macas) . Lisbon centre, Cascais and Estoril only half an hour drive. There are some of the best golf courses in the area, as Penha Longa Golf, Beloura Golf and Quinta da Marinha Golf, only 20 min. drive. You will find a lovely micro clime on site, where you can swim from Mars to October with a lovely whether and water temperature. If you prefer, you can visit the 'Adega de Colares' and taste the 'regional wine of Colares (Ramisco), one of the best in Portugal.

Casa Sete Mares is located in a quiet place of beach 'Praia das Macas' (Apple Beach). The property has 2.000 m2 (plot area), with beautiful garden. The pool area has a private view from neighbourhood. Quickly we find Sintra, World Heritage, (ten minutes by car). In half an hour we got Cascais, Estoril and Lisbon Center. From Lisbon Airport it's easy find the way to Sintra. Five championship golf courses in less than half an hour by car. Praia Grande, a fantastic beach, is 15 min. by walk. Cabo da Roca, westernmost point of continental Europe, with splendid view in Atlantic Ocean, is 15 min. by car from 'Casa Sete Mares'.

This area is very rich in beaches (sandy) where you can swim and surf. Praia das Macas beach, one of the best sandy beaches in the area, is only 7 min. walk Praia Grande beach:( World Body-board and Surf championship). 1500 meters distance Guincho beach : (World Windsurf championship). 10 km distance. Cascais and Estoril : cosmopolitan beaches, (15 km)

Touristic Information

Some of the best monuments in the area : Royal Pena Palace, Monserrate Palace, Regaleira Palace, Jardins de Seteais, Palacio da Vila de Sintra. All this monuments are 15 min drive from villa. Also you will find the fantastic Toy Museumm in Sintra old town as many lovely restaurants and handy craft shops, only 15 min. drive. If you prefer night life you will find the Estoril Casino, Cascais Marina and Lisbon cabarets and discothecs. Cabo da Roca: Westermost point of continental Europe, is only 10 min. drive.

There are several golf courses near the villa : Penha Longa Golf, only 15 min. drive; Quinta da Marinha Golf : 20 min. drive ; Beloura Golf : 20 min. drive Estoril Golf : 30 min. drive; Belas Golf : 25 min. drive. And many others : half an hour drive. The Golf Drive Range is 4 Kms distance . If you prefer play golf in Praia d'el Rey Golf (one of the best golf courses in Europe) is only 90 min. drive by motorway.

'We had a fantastic trip to Casa Sete Mares. There were 10 of us and there is so much room when you are there that the website pictures do not do it justice. .. The Villa is very clean and the decor is luxurious. The pool and spa were wonderful and the gardens beautiful... The house is well furnished and has everything you could wish for. The local restaurants are great value for money and offer fabulous cuisine. We found a magnificent restaurant cut into the cliffs about 10 mins drive away. The local beach is gorgeous and about 3 mins drive or a 10-minute walk. The area is quite and idyllic. All in all this place is fantastic value for money and we had the most perfect holiday.'
