Notes to the rental rates

• 15% Discount if booking start date is less than 1 week away (only from Mai to September); 10% Discount if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away (only from Mai to September); 5% Discount if booking start date is less than 3 weeks away (only from Mai to September); 5% discount if booking length is more than 22 days; 3% discount if booking start date is greater than 28 weeks away. A free complimentary daily maid service (not Sundays), Rental rates include also garden - and pool maintenance, normal consumption of gas and electricity, tap water, diesel oil for the production of hot water, bed linen and towels (beach-towels are not provided), which are changed at least once weekly. Minimal rental period: 1 week (winter months 3 days). The Supplements are: Telephone-Calls; Firewood (optional); we can organize a free cot for a baby, a baby?s high chair and after agreement, also a little child-bed for free; Prices are subject to alteration.

  The Deposits are:
  30% Non Refundable Deposit (Credit/Debit Card in Eur) required for Confirmation //
  Balance to be received (Credit/Debit Card in Eur) 4 weeks before arrival of tenants //
  A Refundable Damages-/Expenses Deposit of Eur 500 which will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period.

IDEAL PLACE FOR 4 COUPLES

The villa is so conceived, that it allows complete privacy to the occupants of the 4 bedrooms; there are several beautiful corners-areas around the house, so, if you feel to be a moment by yourselves you might just do it. And it may be important to you: All our 4 bedrooms are very spacious and all are en suite (in this house you are not faced with the problem about 2 people of your group getting an x-large master bedroom and the rest of the party having to share small ones). WiFi internet access all over the house. INSURANCE: It is recommended that clients take out independent travel insurance. The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable risks, but this will not include your personal belongings. About CLIMA: owing to a mediterranean type microclimate, our area has mild winters and an ideal summer temperature which never gets too hot; the autumn is ideal too and is like a second spring.

Maid service was excellent. The casa is lovely. Bed rooms are big and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we enjoyed making meals there. The living rooms are very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The winter garden is a place to really relax, enjoying a view of the Atlantic ocean and the nice garden. The swimming pool is very nice, and the wind shields made it easy to use in all kinds of weather. Golf Information:

There are several golf courses within 10 Km radius; 6 FULL LENGHT GOLF COURSESare WITHIN 20 MINUTES DRIVE. These include Penha Longa which is only 15 minutes away; the famous Estoril Golf Club; Quinta da Beloura near Sintra and Clube de Campo at Belas, north of the Royal Palace at Queluz. Next to Penha Longa are the practice facilities of the Academia International de Golf. In Cascais you have the Quinta da Marinha Golf Club and the Quinta da Marinha Oitavos Club (10-15 minutes drive). Visitors are welcome everywhere.
