Directions:
Getting to the Guest House is easy:
- Take the motorway A5 from Lisbon to Cascais
- Take the “Estoril” exit
- Take second exit at first large roundabout, towards Estoril
- At next roundabout, take first right, direction Sintra
- Go straight on, pass the Estoril Golf, go straight through the 1st roundabout, and right at at the 2nd – Alcoitão – direction Tires, S. Domingos de Rana, aerodromo. About 3 kms
- Follow this road, go through a small roundabout, pass Galp petrol station on your right (all this is approx 2km) – Pass some new building on right and left but before you enter the village of Manique, signpost on your right, take the road on your left “Estrada dos Bernardos”
- Continue for about 1.2km until you reach a high white wall on your right and the green gates of “'Quinta dos Bernardos”.

Welcome:
Staying at our 'Guest House' you´ll be warmly welcomed by the property owners who live in the main house all year round. We´re a family with 4 children of English origin and speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Be assured, with or without children, you will have a wonderful and very enjoyable stay. Best seasons are spring, summer and autumn. Electrical heating is available in winter throughout the house. During your stay, we´ll be happy to recommend restaurants, shops, and give you any directions, information or local hints which you may need.
Sculpture Garden:
Being art lovers and collectors, a special attraction of the property is our site specific sculpture garden, composed of contemporary Portuguese and Spanish artworks. With 4 sculptures to date, this is a life long project which we are happy to share with those who also appreciate art.
Artists includes Susana Solano, Rui Chafes, Lluis Hortalá.

Ideally located for those seeking a golf holiday, we´re within a 15 min. drive to 5 of Portugal´s finest golf courses. Penha Longa Golf Club: 18 holes, Par 72, length 6.290 mts, opened 1992 - 9 holes, Par 35, length 2.588 mts, opened 1995 - Both designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr.
