Beautiful villa in Estoril, Lisbon Coast, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living & dining room, full kitchen, nice garden with BBQ, terrace, balcony, 300 meters from Parede beach. Estoril and Cascais beaches are only 5 min. drive. There are several restaurants, supermarkets and little shops close to the villa. Also you will find the bus and train to Lisbon center ( 5 min from villa). This lovely villa is located in a quiet zone where you can relax all the time. Estoril Coast has many attractions for your entertainment. Or, if you prefer a casino show or gambling you have the fantastic Estoril Casino (only 5 min drive). This area has a special night life where you can enjoy all the time. Or, if you prefer sailing, you will find the Cascais Marina (10 min. drive) where you can rent a boat for fishing or just a a little trip in the sea.

This villa is located in Estoril area, close the Parede beach in Cascais Marginal. The local beach is very appreciated for the quality of the microclima on site very recommended by many local health care. Near by you will find many restaurants where you can listen musical shows and dancing all the evening. Lisbon, the capital, is only 20min drive. There are many bus stops, and railway station close by the villa. If you prefer walk around, there are many interesting places close to the house. You can walk by Marginal, visiting handy-craft shops, some little museums, wine shops, and several cafes. The Estoril Casino is only 15 min walk with interesting local shops where you can buy lovely souvenirs.
