An attractive detached house situated at the end of a short lane. This lovely property occupies a slightly elevated position, affording lovely distant views over the surrounding countryside towards the sea. This is the ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing family holiday as Vivenda patricia is conveniently located at the edge of the village, close to the district town of Mafra.There are some lovely beaches in the area and Mafra is home to an enormous National Palace.The area is well served for those who enjoy sight-seeing, history and culture as the World Heritage towns of Sintra and Obidosare also within easy reach.Outside the property benefits from a spacious, terraced garden with a heated private swimming pool, sun loungers and ornamental pods with seating nearby - the perfect environment in which to relax.

Located 30min drive north of Lisbon Airport on the Western Coast of Portrugal on the edge of the quiet rural village of Zambujal which is mid way between Ericeira fishing village and Mafra. Looking towards the sea with unspoilt views the beach is 10 mintes away. Well served for sightseeing, history and culture as the world heritage towns of Sintra and Obidos are both within half hour drive.

Fine house, exellent privacy. We had a windy 2 weeks of holliday at Vivenda Patricia but still we had a great time. There is a lot of history hidden in the neighbourhood over there.
Still, back to the house, i think it needs somme maintenance.

a charming and comfortable home. Perfect for family holidays. The pool area we love. The owner was very nice. The house is near Lisbon and at the same time is a very quiet place

Spacious house, privacy, garden with distant view

A very nice location. By car within 10 minutes at the beach and in 45 minutes in de center of Lisbon. The royal cloister at Mafra (10 minutes) is also a must see. Very friendly and helpful english owners who sometimes stay in a nearby house. Te big warmed pool in the nice and large garden is a real asset. Even in the end of october it was outside warm enough to sunbath and swim.
