Only 30 minutes drive from Lisbon Airport this beautiful family villa featuring a lovely lounge and dining room, spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool, deck and garden face south and enjoy continuous sunshine for the whole day. You are a short drive from the centre of the fishing village of Cascais, where you can enjoy its many shops and restaurants and watch the sun going down from the terrace of the marina with your Caipirinha. The beach at Guincho, famed for its wind and kite surfing is a short drive, and enroute you will pass many excellent seafood restaurants with magnificent views over the Atlantic waves. For golf lovers the courses of Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Penha Longa and Estoril are all within 10 minutes drive and for city lovers you can take the train to Lisbon along the banks of the River Tejo in 40 mins.

  • Air conditioning is available for an additional charge of €50 per week. For winter rentals (mid Nov-end March) a €100 surcharge per week will be added to cover central heating costs.
