New and luxurious apartment located in Funchal City. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, capacity for 4 sleepers, full furniture and excellent equipped, TV cable, full modern kitchen, laundry with washing machine with micro-wave, oven, freeze-freezer, tools, etc. Modern decorated style, good city cathedral centre located, with amazing views, on suite bedroom, very nice decorated, with balcony and hydro-massage bath. Special night illuminated lover’s mystery with candles, very comfortable and luxurious dinning and sitting area. we still have an option for 5 people if we add an inflatable mattress in the room

A great centre for touring

My friend and I recently spent 1 week in this fantastic apartment.It is very near to the centre of Funchal and close enough to all other amenities not to need a car. The apartment is very well equipped if you like to cook but near enough to lots of restaurants if you dont.Although the apartment is near the town centre it is very quiet and private

Centraal gelegen appartement

Centraal maar toch rustig gelegen ruim appartement nabij centrum van Funchal. AH-achtige supermarkt op 2 min. lopen, de oude stad met restaurantjes (Santa Maria) klein kwartiertje. . Erg netjes, prima schoongemaakt. Inrichting oogt goed maar is kwalitatief minder. Kleine mankementen worden niet onderhouden. Douchescherm in badkamer was verwijderd (vervelend tijdens douchen), stofzuigerslang stuk, (papieren) lampen zijn met een plakbandje bevestigt aan de stroomdraad, schuifpui naar balkon sluit niet, viltjes onder meubilair ontbreken (lastig op parket). Een 4-persoonsapp. moet een balkonzitje met tafel hebben, nu staat er 1 en een halve stoel. Als eigenaar aan dit soort zaken wat meer aandacht besteed dan is prijs/kwaliteit verhouding oké. Nu niet.

Excellent week in Madeira

My Wife and I rented this apartment for a week in early Feb 2009. Its location is perfect for exploring Funchal on foot. No part of the city is more than a 20 minute stroll away. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. We doubt the oven has ever been used, certainly not by us, as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We would reccomend the Golden Gate restaurant and the Beer House close to the marina. The apartment block is so new the taxi driver that took us from the Airport to the apartment could not find it. Even with the full address. If you have this problem, the apartment is just past the Windsor Hotel on the left hand side. The building is 'side on' to the road and approached down a pathway. The apartment is a perfect base for a relaxing break in Funchal

we stayed at this apartment over christmas/new year 2008
it is in a excelent location 3rd floor quiet but minuites walk to all shops qld town & harbour it is in a residential block so no noisey holidaymakers
apatyment is decorated to a high standard real wood floors
marble in bathrooms & in kitchen with all ameanaties to hand small balcony but just big enough for 3
would highley recomend
