Hotel luxury apartment, direct beach location waterfront resort on the sea Promenade in the west Lido on the beach with swimming-pool, childrens- pool, bar and restaurant. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with cable TV with DVD player and HI-FI, 2 big balconies on the 4th floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and downstairs garden with direct access to the sea promenade. In the area many restaurants, bars and supermarket and shopping centre. Within 1km radius over 100 restaurants and 100 shops. Unique location ! Front desk service, maid service every week and laundry facilities. The apartment has recently been renovated.

Fantastic sunsets from the terraces

Perfect Holiday

An excellent apartment that was clean and well maintained, Jan met us at the complex from the minibus he'd arranged from the airport. he was very helpful with local knowledge for the area, (supermarkets ect)
The kitchen facilities were more than adequete for our stay and we ended up eating in most nights for the first ten days or so. Having said that there are some excellent restaurants within a ten minute walk of the apartment or, if you use the shuttle bus which runs regulary throughout the day you can find restaurants down in Funchal which are good if a little more expensive. I would certainly recommend the apartment to friends and shall, I hope, be in contact with Jan again VERY SOON. Thanks again Jan for a fantastic stay and give our best to all at Fernando and Elvio's place.

Our best Holiday ever

We have stayed 2 wonderful weeks in your beautiful hotel apartment. We have stayed many countries and places, but we must say that your place is the best place we have ever stayed. The two wonderful big terraces and det beautiful view ower the see and swimmingpool area. The apartment is excellent, plenty of space and lovely furnitures and the kitchen is more fashionable than the one we have at home. And everything was very clean.
Thank you Jan for your knowledge of Madeira and for booking the hire-car.
We would like to recommend your apartment to family and freinds.
