This is a lovely, fully equipped house set in a peaceful residential area, located near the sea and mountains, away from the large touristic centre, in a natural environment, with a front and back garden. This is an ideal holiday location for those who admire nature, sea lovers, for walkers, golf lovers - 8 min from the nearest golf course, swimmers -beach just 7 min away, 8 min from the local airport, only 7 min from the motorway and all that Madeira has to offer. The house offers spacious accommodation and is furnished to a contemporary standard. The 1st floor holds 3 bedrooms fully furnished and accommodates 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. The ground floor has a spacious open plan living area and adjoining dining area. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, we have a pleasant Summer room with wickerwork furniture ideal for relaxation. There is also an utility room and guest WC.

Notes to the rental rates

• With all long term renters, weekly cleaning with changing of bed linen and towels and house cleaning is provided. Additional nights are subject to availability on request, and change over day is flexible. A 30% deposit must be paid to secure the booking and is non refundable after 5 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is paid in Cash on arrival. In addition we charge a refundable deposit of £105 or €150 to cover breakables or damage. As soon as clearance has been given, on your departure day, the deposit will be returned. This is paid also on arrival. Booking Payment can be made in Euros or in Sterling by bank transfer.
  
• ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS -
  As part of the package there will be fresh flowers on arrival and a welcome pack of breakfast provisions. On arrival, if a car was rented, you will be met at the airport and there will be a follow me procedure. If not, you will be met by our friendly and helpful taxi driver Ernesto, who speaks good English. He will take you to the house, help you with your luggage, provide keys and familiarise you with the facilities. Payment for this trip is to be paid directly to the taxi driver. Ernesto is also available to take you on full or half day trips anywhere around the island. You will find a folder with valuable information to make your stay memorable.

In Santa Cruz there is a Wi-Fi zone at the seafront, in front of the Town Hall and at the airport. Today, Madeira is well served with motorways that will take you quickly anywhere on the island. However, to see the landscape and be in contact with the locals, trips along the traditional roads will be more appealing. Please contact me for further questions or images. Don't hesitate!.

This is an ideal holiday location for those who admire nature, sea lovers, for walkers and for golf lovers, as it is 3km (6min) away from the outstanding 27 hole Santo da Serra golf course, part of the PGA European Tour. The second golf course Palheiro Golf is within 15 minutes. The house is only 5 minutes away from the local airport.
