Madeira is an island of perpetual spring. It is well known for its mild winters and warm, pleasant summers. Madeira is the perfect all year round holiday location. You'll be charmed by the slow pace of life and seduced by the tropical surroundings. Known as the 'Island of flowers in the Atlantic Ocean' it has a lush green interior and quite spectacular coastline.

Vista Mar

“Vista Mar” was gutted and completely refurbished and is now available for holiday letting. With stunning views , the gardens of 'Vista Mar' grow a variety of fruits, among them Oranges, Lemons and Avocados, which can be picked depending on the season. Sleeping 4 people, the accommodation comprises of a Double Bedroom with a Double Bed and lots of storage space and a DVD music player . A Bathroom with Shower, Basin, Toilet and Bidet. There is a large Kitchen with Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dining area leading to the outside Sun Terrace. The comfortable Lounge has a ‘Futon’ Sofa Bed that sleeps 2, a T.V. and DVD Film player plus films and many board games. Outside is a Utility Room with a Clothes Washer and Sink.

Additional Information

It is 35 minutes from the capital of Funchal, 50 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes from 2 Golden Sandy Beaches and a large Supermarket. The location is quiet and peaceful with beautiful Levada walks nearby. All Cutlery, Bed Linen and Towels are supplied and a welcome parcel is included. If required a new cot for the ages of 0 to 5 years of age will be supplied. There are plenty of local bars and Cafes with small shops within easy reach. 'Vista Mar' is not recommended for the Infirm or Disabled (Wheel Chairs) as there is slight slope down to the property which has two steps at the top and 3 steps at the bottom before the entrance gate. Rental is 250 Pounds per week or 370 Euros. Deposit is 50 Pounds or 70 Euros per week. The remainder of €300 per week is required on or soon after arrival at 'Vista Mar'.
