Photos and Description of this Calheta holiday villa A delightful, spacious villa, nestling on a peaceful hillside at Arco de Calheta

With panoramic views across the surrounding hillside and overlooking the sea. The village of Arco de Calheta has several shops including hairdresser, post office and cafe. Calheta is only 25km from Funchal the just 45km from the airport. Calheta has a beautiful marina and sandy beach. There is a supermarket and good restaurants. Built in 2005 the villa is the owners 2nd home which they use as often as they can. Consequently it has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, bordering on the luxurious. Guests will find that every need has been catered for. The accommodation comprises large lounge\dining room, Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with utility room with washing machine. There is a cloakroom, very spacious garage and upstairs 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite shower room plus there are two more twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The owners have provided all possible amenities and comforts for their own use, and ultimately for their guests.
