'Quinta Eva' is a typical and very comfortable (200m² living space) cottage built in the 30's , entirely detached and surrounded by its garden , absolutely quiet. It is situated in Funchal's city suburb center in the old district (small narrow streets and no buildings around) at 3' from center and 500m from the sea ; panoramic view on the sea ,city and harbour. The house, built in rendered stone under a tiled roof, is old but with all the modern comfort you would expect from a well equipped holiday accommodation. It has a 70m² terrace (with a place for barbecue parties and lunch ) with panoramic views on the sea and harbour which surround the cottage and a large garden (300m²) with plenty of exotic trees and flowers which provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. This is the sunniest part of Madeira and the cottage is blessed with sun from early morning to sunset with often spectacular effects!

• Change over day is Monday (unless otherwise agreed ) as this is the day when most charter flights operate from the UK. There are no ferry services available to Madeira. For charter flights, get in touch with BA, TAP and Air luxor or check: flightline.
