Upstairs 2 more large and comfortable bedrooms with balconies can accommodate a further 4 guests with shared bathroom. Superbly located and handy for the expressway, the villa is immaculate, beautifully maintained and ideal for couples, singles, families and those with limited mobility.

Notes to the rental rates

• Monday-Monday bookings normally accepted. Rates above show for small parties of up to 2 adults + child. For larger parties (up to 6 + child) the rates increase by €315-€455 per week according to season. Included is use of a sofa bed and/or a cot & baby chair if required. EXTRA CHARGE applies for additional heating to the outdoor pool if you want the temperature maintained at 23ºC in the cooler months. This costs €100 per week from Oct - March and €75 per week for Apr, May and Sept. No pool heating required duirng June, July or Aug. The outdoor pool heating needs to be pre-booked and it payable locally.
  
• TO CHECK AVAILABILITY & PRICE: scroll down this page and click on 'OWNER'S WEBSITE'. Bookings are handled by Judith and Clare at Island Homes Lda. Payments are accepted in euros by credit card or by electronic bank transfer. A 30% deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  Additional heating to the outdoor pool if you want the temperature maintained at 23ºC in the cooler months. This needs to be pre-booked and costs between €75 and €100 per week depending on the time of year. Use of a small indoor fitness/swimming pool with a Jet Stream and water temperature of 25ªC in winter months only at no charge. An exercise bike & fitness machine at no charge. A baby cot, chair and safety gate at no charge. A wheel chair and/or an electric massage table at no charge. Indoor parking in the street level garage next to the house entrance at no charge. Use of a parking place in Funchal centre at no charge. Additional cleaning service included 3 or 4th day of your holiday. Substantial 'Welcome Basket' provided to all new arrivals.

Golf Information:

Two championship courses, Palheiro and Santo da Serra, are within 20 minutes drive and offer challenging golfing amongst spectacular scenery. Or you might like to take a day trip to the nearby island of Porto Santo to try out the new course there!
