The lounge/diner/kitchen is spacious, with extensive French windows leading to the south-facing terrace areas equipped with loungers, dining table and chairs, BBQ and heated outdoor jet-stream pool and wonderful views over Funchal to the ocean - perfect for indoor/outdoor living. Next to the large double bedroom is the bathroom and the TV room with sofa-bed. An indoor heated exercise pool & gym are available. The villa is immaculate, beautifully maintained and handy for the expressway, buses, taxis, restaurants and shops. Ideal for couples (+ child) and for those with limited mobility. Access from the street-level garage is by elevator or by stairs.     Monday-Monday bookings normally accepted but please ask if you wish other arrival/departure days. Rates Include cleaning, bed linen, full range of towels, the use of a sofa bed in the TV room and/or a cot & baby chair if required. A substantial 'Welcome Basket' is provided for all new arrivals.
    EXTRA CHARGE applies and is recommended for additional outdoor pool heating in the winter months to ensure the water temperature is maintained at 22ºC. This costs €100 per week from Oct - March and €75 per week for Apr, May and Sept. No pool heating required during June, July or Aug. The outdoor pool heating needs to be pre-booked and it payable locally.

The comfortable lounge chairs include an electrically operated armchair which assists those with limited mobility. The lounge dining table seats 4 and an outside teak table seats 6. The kitchen has crockery, cutlery and glassware for 10 settings including egg cups and mugs, good quality cooking utensils and an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, orange juicer and food mixer. The inside and outside pools are heated to a minimum temp of 24ºC and 20º C respectively. On the terrace there is a pool WC/changing/shower room, BBQ area, table tennis area, sun loungers, umbrella and occasional tables & chairs. In the main entrance hall there is a piano.
