We offer a 4 separate bedrooms, which one 2 beds and a private balcony, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. We offer you a long balcony where you can smoke, bask in the sun, read, or simply watch Lisbon`s city life! Suitable for seniors and children, perfect for family holidays! Walking to the best old historical Lisbon area, 15 minutes from airport and 20m to the Beach! Few steps from Bairro Alto and Alfama nightlife Bars and Clubs. A few miles away by train you get Sintra, Cascais and Fatima famous historical Portugal cities. Direct bus and subway(Picoas station) to Lisbon surroundings. Also a daily fresh food Lisbon traditional market runs on the street from Monday to Saturday.

Centrally located in the most prestigious area of Lisbon the VIA Latina are within minutes of the International Airport (15), railway station, supermarkets, cyber cafés and the best shopping and entertainment areas, such as Gulbenkian Foundation, Bairro Alto, Tourist Departure Bus, Fado Restaurants, Alfama, governmental offices, banks and embassies. It is also located in the cultural and commercial centre of the city, overlooking the Police Headquarters and Sheraton Hotel.

The historical quarters of Lisbon are generally in the city centre. Some still retain the old structures of Muslim and medieval origin, with courtyards where people usually get together. The typical features of these quarters are old houses, narrow streets, wrought-iron balconies, tiled façades and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The best and most pleasant way to visit these quarters is by 'eléctrico' (tram). And be sure not to miss a stroll by the River Tagus and lunch at the Santo Amaro docks. The famous quarters are: Alfama, Bairro Alto, Baixa and Belém

I was very disappointed in this property. There was no
lounge, the electricity was marginal as was the hot water.
\There was no oven and the space was very cramped for
more than a few people. We had to take showers on a
schedule, one by one, before the hot water ran out and the
dodgy electricity blew out my brand new hair dyer. The
bedding was dirty and smelly and the terraces were too small for a normal sized person. I would not recomended
this property to anyone.
Owner's Response: Our apartment got around100m2, fits perfectly 8 adults at one time, with 4 bedrooms (6 individual beds and one double) and 2 bathrooms. People coming from US might have to adjust to a regular Mediterranean/European size houses and bedding standards for our hotelary.

Our experience tells us that people that don´t use to be together even family sometimes a week at the same house bring up some stress, and space under those circunstances is never enough.

According to European Energy Agency rules, our apartment is energetic certified towards energetic efficiency. Our needs are measure for a high comfort in house, including hit and kitchen equipment.

You must be aware that you cannot connect other personal electronic/electric equipment from other energy voltage like US or UK.In this case they will be damage for sure!

Our hot water is supply by an automatic domestic machine (not a big hotel complex water system) that after 7 showers might be a little difference in water temperature, but it recover each 15 minutes.

The house is deeply cleaning after each guest leave and we also have at your disposal a bunch of bedding cloths in house for guest change anytime they feel like.

It´s stressed online that we haven´t oven and is our intention be like that since we offer guests microwave and toaster.

Pls rather than complain after, tell us during your stay your disagrees and we will have the pleasure to serve you.
