It is 80m2 and has been completely renovated and remodeled to include: one bedroom with double bed; one living room with a sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, DvD player and a hi-fi stereo; a mezzanine with a single bed (not very comfortable : a mattress on the floor, low ceiling, light in the morning and low intimacy because it is on top of the living room) ; a kitchen complete with washing machine, gas oven and stove, microwave and fridge with frozen compartment; This communicates with the sitting room; a bathroom with an ancient renewed bathtub; one terrace, built within on the old fortress wall, with an amazing view over the castle S. Jorge, Lisbon's roofs and the river Tejo, where you can sit and relax;

Notes to the rental rates

• 85-95 euro/night considering two guests.
  20 euro/nights for an additional guest (max 6).
  Children between 4 and 8 pay 10€ and under 4 don’t pay.
  Cleaning, towels and linen, electricity and gas are included in the price.
  When staying longer than a week a 10% reduction will be applied and 20% when longer than a month.
  
• The booking deposit (25% of the total) shall arrive less than 5 days after reservation. The remaining has to be paid in cash when checking in.
  Please remind that the maximum daily withdrawal in a Portuguese ATM machine is 200 €.

  An e-mail will be sent to you with the amount you have to pay to make the reservation and our bank account number.
  If you cancel your reservation more than a month before your arrival we will return 90% of your payment. If you decide to cancel later you will receive the same amount only if the apartment will be re-occupied.
