Additional information about rental rates

  • Note that changeover day is Saturday and minimum rental period is one week (Shorter stays, from 3 days, possible on the low season, from November to April). A monthly rate is negotiable in the winter months from November to February. Payment details are shown in our inquiry follow up letter, copy of which will be provided on request.
  • A 15% deposit is required on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage deposit of £50 per week rental is also required (refundable within 2 weeks of return).
    Prices given are base on a group of 4 adults and 1 or 2 young children. Charges apply for larger parties.
    Chrismas, Easter and Summer Rates are considered as high season and are priced sperately unless specifically shown in the calendar.

We visited Lisbon in the Easter holidays 2008, where we stayed in the apartment. We had a beautiful time in Lisbon and we were very happy with the apartment. The apartment was clean and friendly. Anna, who met us in the apartment, when we arrived, was very helpful and friendly. We had no problems with the other inmates in the house. Most of them said Hi when meeting then on the stairs.

Great Flat, Great Location.. I loved the Terrace obviously and that sunset… but on a usefelness base this is a great flat and perfect for shares. Two bathrooms is ideal. Very well furnished and equipped. Very typical neighborhood really gives you a feel of what traditional Lisbon is like. (All of this in the confort of a modern and stuning apartment)
We had a great time. (Loved the Pastei de Belem!) Will be back!

A Gem in Lisbon

What a fantastic Flat. The suite on the top with access to terrace is just fantastic. and the views from that marvelous terrace are not to be missed. I will always remember that sunset!
All in all, the entire flat is great, very spacious, the two bathrooms are great for large groups and the three bedrooms are very comfortable. A/C is a plus and you will have all the equipment needed. Internet was also very usefull and very cheap if you compare to the not very available and expensive internet cafes in Lisbon.
The central location is also a great plus, most days we would go to the terrace, check what we wanted to visit and then just walk from the flat.
Thank you very much, we will certainly recommend you to our friends and return as soon we can!

en el pasado mes de junio pase junto a mi mujer y otra paraja, 4 dias fenomenales en el apartamento.
El apartamento nos resulto muy comodo, amplio y muy bien ubicado respecto del resto de la ciudad ( muy buena conexion). Destaca sobre todo el gran salon y el dormitorio superior, con terraza (excepcional para cenas y veladas nocturnas) y unas vistas magníficas de la ciudad.
El único incoveniente reside en que no hay ascensor.
El trato con los propietarios fue en todo momento muy cordial. Es un lugar que recomindo para todo aquel que desee pasar unos días en Lisboa.

Nous avons été enchantés par ce sympathique appartement au centre de lisbonne, proche de toutes les commodités.Il est trés bien équipé et posséde une jolie terrasse . Nous avons eu droit à un accueil trés sympathique.J'espère y revenir un jour !!!!!!
